Normally the receiving SLA's are 48 hours < 2 pallets or less.
Container drop offs have no defined SLA’s. If a container receive is time sensitive, notify your Client Success Manager or your Fulfillment Manager ASAP. Additional labor may be available for allocation but advanced warning (1 week minimum) is required. Availability is not guaranteed.
If you have a direct relationship with your warehouse, notify your account manager at the warehouse to discuss best options.
