Customers Cannot Edit Subscriptions


You may encounter an issue when customers are unable to modify active subscriptions - remove items, change frequency, etc.


Submit a request to Symphony Support to investigate the issue from backend; make sure to include the steps to reproduce the issue, a screenshot of the issue, and a test subscription # that can be used during troubleshooting.




Such issues may happen when a certain button is not loading or is displayed incorrectly, or subscription frequency values are not loading from backend.

  1. Reproduce the issue by following the steps provided by the user; you may need to schedule a meeting with the requester if you cannot reproduce the issue yourself.
  2. Elevate the case to the PS team. In some cases, PS team will work with ENG to resolve the issue.
