You may encounter an issue when customers are unable to modify active subscriptions - remove items, change frequency, etc.
Submit a request to Symphony Support to investigate the issue from backend; make sure to include the steps to reproduce the issue, a screenshot of the issue, and a test subscription # that can be used during troubleshooting.
Such issues may happen when a certain button is not loading or is displayed incorrectly, or subscription frequency values are not loading from backend.
- Reproduce the issue by following the steps provided by the user; you may need to schedule a meeting with the requester if you cannot reproduce the issue yourself.
- Elevate the case to the PS team. In some cases, PS team will work with ENG to resolve the issue.
