You may face an issue when your website (hosted by Symphony) is unreachable or very slow, or some pages are not loading properly (e.g., images are not displayed for numerous products).
Most probably, our monitoring tools have already identified that there is an issue with the website; to make sure that we are working to fix your website and get an RCA, submit a request to Symphony Support.
- Confirm if the issue persists by opening the brand's website and checking a couple of pages.
- Check the Symphony Outages chat to see if the issue is already being investigated.
- If the issue hasn't been identified by SaaS yet, create a Showstopper SaaS Incident Jira under the SPC project.
