You may want to set up a report that will be sent to you and other recipients on a scheduled basis.
Submit a request to Symphony Support, including the following information:
- The name of the existing report (from Insights > Reports) that you want to receive or data that you need to be included in the report.
- Schedule - when you want the report delivered (e.g., every day, every Monday, etc.)
- Recipients - email addresses of the users who should receive the report.
Elevate the request to the PS team to create the required report.
Once the request is complete, you and configured recipients should have the report delivered via email according to the schedule.
