Elevate such requests to the PS team to investigate the issue further. If the PS team confirms that they didn't set up such integration for the brand, ask the customer to reach out to their digital agency.
Alternatively, they can reach out to their Symphony Account Manager to get the integration implemented from scratch by the PS team.
