Your warehouse may report that they haven't received files that contain order information or not all orders were included in the files.
Submit a request to symphony support, indicating when was the last time the files containing all order data were delivered.
Check if all orders for the corresponding date are present in the database.
- If there are no orders for the reported date in the DB, elevate the case as a showstopper to the SaaS team.
- If orders are present in the DB, elevate the case to the PS team to investigate why they are not sent to the warehouse.
Once the issue is fixed, check with the warehouse if they started receiving the files with order information.
