You may notice that product images on your website are not displayed properly in a specific browser (e.g., not centered in Safari on iOS or in Firefox on Android devices, etc.).
Submit a request to Symphony Support, including the following information:
- Example of a product page that is displayed incorrectly and what exactly is the issue
- Affected browser and platform (computer, tablet, phone)
- Reproduce the issue in the reported browser on a suitable device, emulator, or virtual machine.
- Elevate the issue to the PS team for further resolution.
